1. Booking & Reservation

• All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized travel agencies, or directly at our office.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package selected.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will not be refunded.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect local customs and traditions.
• Any behavior that disrupts the comfort of other guests or damages property may result in eviction without a refund.
• Consumption of drugs or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability & Safety

• Nagina Desert Camp is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests participate in activities (e.g., camel rides, dune bashing) at their own risk.
• Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and follow safety instructions provided by our staff.

6. Force Majeure

The camp is not responsible for cancellations or service disruptions due to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Privacy Policy

• Personal data collected during booking will be used solely for reservation and customer service purposes.
• We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution
