Click meAt Nagina Desert Camp, we strive to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests. To ensure a seamless and memorable experience for everyone, we have established a set of policies and guidelines that guests are expected to follow during their stay. These policies cover various aspects, including smoking, alcohol, quiet hours, activities, and general conduct. We kindly request all guests to familiarize themselves with these rules to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for everyone.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including tents, cottages, and common facilities. Designated smoking areas are provided outdoors, where guests can enjoy a cigarette without disturbing others. We ask that guests refrain from smoking in public spaces where families or children may be present. Additionally, proper disposal of cigarette butts in the designated bins is required to maintain the cleanliness of our beautiful desert surroundings.
Alcohol consumption is permitted at Nagina Desert Camp; however, we request that guests enjoy alcoholic beverages responsibly. Alcohol can be consumed in private tents or cottages, and in designated public areas such as the dining or entertainment zones. Please refrain from excessive drinking or behavior that may disturb other guests. Guests are advised not to carry alcohol outside the designated areas, and for certain events like weddings or corporate functions, specific permissions for alcohol services can be arranged in advance.
To respect the peace and tranquillity of the camp, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. During this time, we ask that guests keep noise levels to a minimum, especially in the accommodations and common areas. Guests who wish to continue socializing can use designated areas where soundproofing ensures minimal disturbance to others. This policy helps maintain the serene and relaxing environment that Nagina Desert Camp is known for.
While we encourage guests to fully enjoy the wide range of activities available at Nagina Desert Camp, such as camel rides, dune safaris, and cultural performances, we ask that all activities be conducted with respect for the environment and fellow guests. Guests are encouraged to follow safety instructions provided by our staff during adventure activities. Littering is strictly prohibited, and we kindly ask guests to dispose of waste in the designated bins to preserve the natural beauty of the desert.
For guests hosting events such as weddings, birthdays, or corporate retreats, Nagina Desert Camp has specific event guidelines to ensure smooth planning and execution. Event hosts must communicate any special requests or requirements in advance, including alcohol service, entertainment setups, and decoration preferences. We also ask that event guests adhere to the general camp policies, including noise control and respectful behavior towards other guests. Our team will be available to assist with event coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The safety of our guests is our top priority. We encourage guests to follow basic health and safety protocols during their stay. First-aid services are available on-site, and our staff is trained to handle emergencies. Guests should avoid wandering into restricted areas or the desert without a guide, as certain regions may pose hazards such as wildlife or extreme temperatures. Additionally, we request that guests inform the staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions in advance so that we can provide appropriate care and accommodations.
Nagina Desert Camp is a pet-friendly destination, and we welcome guests who wish to bring their pets along. However, pets must be supervised at all times and kept on a leash when in public areas. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests or wildlife. Certain accommodations are designated as pet-friendly, so please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet.
As part of our commitment to sustainable tourism, we encourage guests to be mindful of their environmental impact during their stay. Water conservation is a priority at Nagina Desert Camp, given the desert’s limited resources, and we kindly ask guests to use water sparingly. We also promote energy conservation by encouraging guests to turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use. By working together, we can help preserve the beauty of the Thar Desert for future generations.
We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards each other, our staff, and the local community. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Guests are also asked to respect local customs and traditions, especially during cultural performances or visits to nearby villages. Violations of our code of conduct may result in immediate termination of the guest’s stay without refund.
By adhering to these policies and guidelines, you help us maintain a welcoming and harmonious environment for everyone. Should you have any questions or require clarification on any of our policies, please don’t hesitate to contact our management team. We are committed to ensuring that your stay at Nagina Desert Camp is safe, enjoyable, and memorable.
